Enjoy this Delicious and Healthy Spinach Pesto
Yields approximately 2 Cups
5 Cups Spinach
½ Cup Raw Pine Nuts
1 Garlic Clove
½ Tsp Salt and Pepper
½ Cup Water as needed
1 Tsp Agave or Maple Syrup (or a Couple of Dates)
Put all ingredients in food processor and process until textured and slightly smooth and creamy. Refrigerate and serve with your favorite veggies, crackers, chips, or pasta.
