Tai Chi Fusion –  Meditation through Movement

Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese system of exercise, which dates back over 3,000 years. This health system focuses on integrating the body, mind, and spirit through movement. By learning to control your own body’s movement, you can quiet your mind, and nourish your spirit.

This ongoing weekly class or stand-alone workshop will provide you with a dynamic, progressive skill building program outlining the foundational skills and basic principles unique to the art of Tai Chi. Experience enhanced body awareness, improved balance, strength and flexibility, and increased energy, mental clarity and calmness.

Please wear comfortable clothes (layers in case you get too warm or cold), bring water to drink, an open mind, and a journal to record your inspirations. Handouts will be provided. All levels and abilities welcome.

Dao-Yin Self-Care

Join this wonderful workshop in the ancient art of mindful self-care massage that can help heal, tone, and prevent illness. This class will teach you simple and easy-to-learn massage techniques that you can perform on yourself to help relieve the symptoms of common ailments such as sinus congestion, headaches, general aches and pains, digestion and elimination problems, low energy, and stress. Discover additional ways you can improve your overall health and well-being through qi gong and meditation practices.
