DETAILS:  Enjoy this introductory class outlining the foundational skills and basic principles unique to Tai Chi. You will learn and experience simple breathing and movement techniques, as well as Tai Chi principles that you can integrate into your daily life to reduce stress. 

Please wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothing and flat-soled, flexible, non-skid shoes. Feel free to bring water to drink and a journal for notes. 

Cultivate Inner Balance with Breath and Meditation
